Sub-evaluation 7 UNAM - Ultrasound Bone Segmentation Challenge¶

Dec 2025 Update: We are not currently accepting submissions of new algorithms. This page in its current form is purely for archival and review purposes.

This is the evaluation page for the UNAM dataset in the ultrasound bone segmentation project. You must register (by clicking 'Join' on the left) to access the submission portal and results leaderboard.¶

Basic rules and instructions on uploading predicted segmentations for each sub-evaluation:¶

• You may only upload predictions a maximum of two times for each sub-evaluation. At the end of the evaluation phase, your highest scoring submission will be used in the final write-up.

• Predicted segmentations must be uploaded as a .zip archive. 

• The filenames of the predicted segmentations must exactly match corresponding the test image filename

• The image size (width x height in pixels) must exactly match the size of the corresponding test image 

• You must refer to your published algorithm that was used to generate your predicted segmentations when submitting.

• You have the option of providing additional comments or notes with your submission, for example detailing any pre-/post-processing and hyperparameters you used that are not evident in the attached publication.

• The submission instructions for sub-evaluation 10 are slightly more complex, please refer carefully to the Submit page before uploading.
